All volvo 5 cylinder diesels have no replacement intervals for their chains, and they are to last through the engines life time. The old Ford Duratec petrol engine has a life time guarantee on the chain. The Kia 1.6 CRDi have no replacement intervals and in the service manual it says that the chain does no have to be replaced at all.
